Comprehensive Life Resources Beacon Young Adult Shelter
Comprehensive Life Resources runs a homeless youth and young adult drop-in center and a young adult shelter at the Beacon Center in Tacoma. We reach out to vulnerable youth and young adults throughout Pierce County and offer them first and foremost, a safe place to be. We also offer clothing and hygiene services, a daily meal, storage and case management opportunities, and a variety of referral and community engagement options. We help them develop skills that will enable them to leave a life of homelessness, vulnerability, and endangerment and create one of self-sufficiency and independence.
WHO WE SERVE:
Drop-in is open for folks from the ages of 12 to 24 who are either experiencing homelessness or are at-risk of experiencing homelessness.
Shelter is open to folks between the ages of 18 and 24 who are homeless or just need a safe place to sleep.
