Emergency Food Network
Currently, 1 in 10 people in Pierce County face food insecurity, and this need is continuing to rise. Through our 75+ Partner Programs (food pantries, meal sites, and shelters) all over Pierce County, EFN distributed over 13 million pounds of food in 2024 to our neighbors in need. This work was made possible by our 2,000+ volunteers. Volunteer work is vital in helping EFN pursue our mission of ensuring no person goes hungry. Volunteer opportunities include the Repack Project, Home Delivery, and special events throughout the year. We hope you will join us!
The mission of Emergency Food Network (EFN) is "to provide Pierce County with a consistent, diverse and nutritious food supply so that no person goes hungry."
