Pioneer Human Services

Who We Are

We empower justice-involved individuals to overcome adversity and reach their full potential. Our vision is to eradicate mass incarceration through innovative social entrepreneurship.

What We Do

Since opening as a single halfway house in November 1963, Pioneer Human Services serves more than 11,000 across Washington state. We offer a broad range of programs that help people who are re-entering society from prison or jail and those who are in recovery. We are proud to serve people with an integrated array of treatment, housing, job-readiness training and resource navigation services.
