Are you interested in a fun and meaningful volunteer opportunity this school year? Read2Me is unique tutoring program where trained volunteer tutors are matched with a Kindergarten-3rd grade student that is striving to meet grade level reading. Through this program, students improve their reading comprehension skills and nurture a life-long love of reading!

Training will be 1.5 hours long. During this time you will be oriented to Tacoma Community House's mission, learn how to lead a tutoring session with a student, and receive training on phonics, relationship development, and learn about resources to make tutoring meaningful and fun!
