Description

Join Nisqually Land Trust at our Lackamas Flats protected area to pull Scotch Broom and ready for planting season this upcoming winter.  Scotch Broom is an invasive weed that can take over whole areas, and we'd appreciate your help removing it, so we can plant trees in its place!

We have adopted guidelines for volunteering following current recommendations for social distancing and wearing masks at our work sites. Please do not attend events if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.  Tools will be sanitized before each work party; volunteers and staff will continue to use the same tool throughout and will not trade with others to prevent cross-contamination. Please do not carpool to this event, except for with people from your household.

Please register for the work party on Eventbrite using this link

If you have questions, please feel free to e-mail Susannah at volunteer@nisquallylandtrust.org.
