The American Red Cross helps members of the military, veterans and their families prepare for, cope with, and respond to, the challenges of military service.

Waller Hall is the central hub for all Soldiers and Family members arriving to JBLM, transitioning from military life, or receiving continued services as a retiree or survivor. Base access not required, shifts are Mondays-Fridays from 8am-3pm.
