Knapweed Control on the Mashel River!

Calendar Happens On Jun 6, 2018
Time 9 AM - 12 PM
Expired

Description

You're invited to join us at Mashel River protected area for a morning of invasive knapweed control!

Knapweeds are not often the focus of our volunteer work parties, but they are a nasty invasive species! By releasing chemicals into the soil to kill neighboring plants, knapweeds can spread quickly and crowd out native species. Join us at this beautiful riverside site to help keep this invasive under control!

Interested? Contact volunteer coordinator Addie Schlussel at volunteer@nisquallylandtrust.org, or RSVP by clicking here.

For a full list of upcoming events, see our calendar.

Thanks, and we hope to see you there!
