As the largest independent food bank in Pierce County, we are the #1 food delivery service. We provide delivery service weekly to clients who are not able to get to the food bank due to age, disability, or lack of transportation. We also provide delivery to over 100 clients weekly at JBLM. Eloise’s Cooking Pot has the largest food bank delivery program in Pierce County. As a Driver you will pick up and deliver food and other donations from specific locations. A Volunteer Driver must have a Driver’s License with a good driving record, Proof of Insurance, and provide their own vehicle. If providing delivery to JBLM, must have access. For volunteer safety we provide a designated area to pick the boxes up for deliveries. There are measures in place for safe delivery to the clients.
