Pierce County Parks & Recreation

The Parks Department maintains over 2,000 acres at more than 30 park sites. Popular recreation facilities include:

Chambers Bay Regional Park

Heritage Recreation Center
Frontier Park
Meridian Habitat Park
Lake Spanaway and Fort Steilacom Golf Courses

We also manage the locations for two disc golf courses, a bicycle/motorcross facility, and a large number of passive open space sites through Pierce County's Conservation Futures system.
