2020-22 Community Impact Investments

United Way of Pierce County (UWPC) will support results-oriented projects and programs that ensure a strong safety net of basic needs services to stabilize households along with services to break down barriers to self-sufficiency in order to lift individuals and families out of poverty. As UWPC aligns its work in the areas of Financial Stability and Basic Needs, we are examining ways to leverage our investments to create the greatest impact. For the 2020-2022 Community Impact Investment process, UWPC will employ several investment strategies focused on those neighborhoods and communities most in need of support.
This process opens Monday, May 8, 2019 with an application deadline of Friday, June 28, 2019 by 5:00 p.m. via the online portal.
