Description: During the first half of the evening, a recorder will be stationed next to each bar to take down a guests bid number and drink type on a form. Runners will visit each bar regularly and will take the form (and any cash) to the “bank". The runner should also regularly visit the raffle table and take forms (and any cash) to the bank as well. Once the auction begins recorders write down the bidder number and sale amount called out by the auctioneer for the winner of each item. Runners will take the forms back and forth to the “bank.” Dinner is provided for volunteers.
Qualifications: Ability to focus in noisy setting and to be on their feet
