RIGHT TO PLAY GALA: dinner and auction to benefit the Children’s Museum of Tacoma

Volunteer Hours: Set-up 9a-2p I Event Assistance: 4:30p-11p
Location: We start the playful event at the museum located at 1501 Pacific Avenue, Tacoma, WA 98402 then we move directly across the street to the Event Center at the Courtyard Marriot
Evening Event Volunteers: 4-11 p.m.on June 25, 2016
15/ 20 Volunteers | Must be over 21 | Dinner Included | T-Shirt size needed (unless you choose to wear your company’s tee shirt or polo with nice jeans/khakis/skirt)
4/6 Volunteers assisting at the Registration/Check-Out Table
Software Orientation 4p to 5p
Greet, Register and Distribute Guest Auction Packets
Enter bid purchases through software
Organize & Closeout Purchases
10/14 Volunteers assisting with Auction and Event
Start of with Greeting & Guiding Participants and then transition to Auction Assistance.
Greeting and Guidance:
Orientation with Auctioneer 4p-5p
Greet and Guide Participants
Guide to the second location
Silent & Live Auction Runners/Closers:
Orientation with Auctioneer 4p-5p
Gather Auction Sheets and Close out Silent Auction
Assist Auctioneer and emcee with spotting winning bids
Assist Registration table by organizing purchases for guests to pick-up/deliver to table.

All Help with Clean-up
