Looking for a weekend activity? Come on down to Powell Creek protected area for a morning of tree tube removal!
When we plant trees or shrubs for our habitat restoration projects, we install plastic tubes around the plants to give them the best chance of survival. Once the seedlings become established, we remove the tubes, creating space for the plants to grow.
