Come out to the Nisqually Land Trust's Yelm Shoreline protected area for a morning of hacking back blackberry! (Try saying that five times fast!)
This riverside site used to be a pasture, but today, thanks to many volunteer plantings, a forest is starting to grow. To help the native plants continue to mature, we will cut back their competition, pulling and digging up invasive blackberry.

Thanks, and we hope to see you there!
