Come out to the Nisqually Land Trust's Upper Ohop protected area for a morning of planting live stakes!
On wet sites like the Upper Ohop, willow and cottonwood branches can develop roots if driven directly into the ground. On Wednesday, we will use this interesting method of planting to establish more trees here, using cuttings from other areas of the property.

Thanks, and we hope to see you there!
