Calling all folks with waders!
On January 31st, we'll be back at Yelm Shoreline protected area for a second morning of live stake planting! If driven into moist ground, willow and cottonwood branches will develop their own roots. This planting method is a quick and easy way to reforest wet sites, like this area of Yelm Shoreline.
Don't have waders? Knee boots will also get the job done, but this is definitely a work party for those willing to get wet!
