Scotch Broom Pull on the Nisqually River!

Calendar Happens On May 5, 2018
Time 9 AM - 12 PM
Expired

Description

This May is Scotch broom time at our Powell Creek Complex protected area! Jump-start your weekend by joining us near Yelm to remove this invasive species!

Scotch broom thrives in sunny areas, like the recently planted pastures at Powell Creek. By pulling Scotch broom, we can give the native trees and shrubs planted here room to grow.

Interested? Contact volunteer coordinator Addie Schlussel at volunteer@nisquallylandtrust.org, or RSVP by clicking here.

For a full list of upcoming events, see our calendar.

Thanks, and we hope to see you there!
