The Trinity Afterschool Program is a reading intervention program for students in 1st-2nd grade. Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 3:45-4:45, we need YOU to work one-on-one with students through our curriculum to help them learn to read!
Students who can read at grade level by third grade are 80% more likely to graduate high school by age 19. That is a HUGE deal!
This 1 hour commitment makes a huge impact! Tutors often have the privilege of watching students move from hardly knowing their letter sounds, to reading books after only a few months. That kind of progress cannot be made without your help.
Our tutors range from middle-school students to retired teachers. The curriculum does the work for you: we just need your heart for kids! We have extra need for tutors on Mondays and Tuesdays. Please reach out if you are interested!
